Learn how to attract, motivate and retain volunteers
Attracting volunteers? It’s not as easy as it sounds. People are busier than ever. Plus, if organisations don’t provide a clear role, a pat on the back, or the right tools, even the most passionate volunteers can feel left out and move on. To keep volunteers coming and staying, it’s all about making the experience worth their while.
Whether you’re a community group, sporting club, men’s shed, art group, RSL or any non-profit entity, you’ll learn the skills you need to attract, motivate and retain volunteers in this exciting 3-hour workshop facilitated by NFP Success.
In this workshop
Engagement techniques – Master the art of attracting, motivating, and retaining dedicated volunteers
Policies and strategies – Create a clear framework for your volunteers that gives clarity and keeps them safe
Harness team dynamics – Learn how to celebrate collective successes, fostering a culture of appreciation and mutual respect
What it costs
