New artist impressions by NH Architecture provide a fresh look at the $150 million Two Wells Town Centre, a development designed to bring expanded retail, healthcare, and community services to Adelaide’s outer north.
The project, located at the corner of Old Port Wakefield and Mallala roads, will include:
- A flagship Drakes Supermarket (3,500 sqm)
- A two-storey medical centre
- A childcare centre and swim school
- Specialty retail spaces ranging from small stores to larger outlets
- Windmill Square, a landscaped community space
- 359 car parks for accessibility
The development aims to support the growing population in Two Wells by providing more local services and retail options.
