- Infill Developments: Starting at $2,500 in 2024-25, scaling up to $10,000 by 2027-28.
Support for Home Buyers and Renters:
- Enhancing support for first home buyers to improve access to home ownership.
- Strengthening rights for renters to ensure fair and secure housing conditions.
- Increasing the availability of public and affordable housing to provide more options for all South Australians.
Ongoing Updates:
The Housing Roadmap will be updated every two years to ensure it remains relevant and effective in meeting the evolving needs of the community.
