This morning, the Small Business Roundtable was held at the Kapunda Football Club, bringing together a highly engaged group of local business owners. The Hon. Andrea Michaels MP, Minister for Small and Family Business, attended the event as well as Hon. Tony Piccolo MP, Member for Light and Hon. Penny Pratt MP, Member for Frome.
Participants represented a diverse range of industries, including geologists, florists, social media marketers, cyber security specialists, and caravan park operators. Key themes discussed included managing cash flow, balancing short-term priorities with long-term planning, closing digital enablement gaps, and improving financial planning skills.
These valuable insights will directly shape South Australia’s Small Business Strategy, ensuring it responds to the needs of our region and beyond.
Thank you to the Office for Small and Family Business for organising this important event, and to all attendees for sharing your perspectives and contributing to this vital conversation.
