What an amazing day to take our wonderful Skills To Employment trainees for a walk around the Barossa Bushgardens! The Skills to Employment programs is a 11 week intensive program training these wonderful people up for careers in the care sector (Certificate 3 in Individual Support)
This program will provide these trainees with the following accredited learning modules:

HLTWHS006 – Manage personal stressors in the work environment* | HLTWHS002 – Follow safe work practices for direct client care* |
HLTAID003 – Provide First Aid | HLTINF001 – Comply with infection prevention and control policies and procedures* |
HLTAID002 – Provide basic emergency life support | CHCLEG001 – Work Effectively and Legally* |
HLTAID001 – Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation | CHCCCS002 – Assist with movement |
It’s so great for our health to go outside for a walk to connect with our environment and each other. Our local care and support industry has a great cohort of workers in the making!
