Rootlings is a national program for grape and wine professionals under 35, helping them build skills, connect with peers, and grow their careers. The program supports winemakers, viticulturists, cellar door staff, wine judges, and others in the wine sector, with a focus on regional areas.
After a successful pilot in NSW in 2023, Rootlings is now rolling out across Australia, led by Jenna Vaughan, a wine marketing specialist based in the Hunter Valley.
Supported by Wine Australia and the Australian Society of Viticulture & Oenology, Rootlings offers networking and professional development designed by and for young people in the industry.
If you’re under 35 and working in the wine sector, join the program to build your network, develop your skills, and shape the future of Australian wine.
