Barossa growers considering changes to vineyard blocks are invited to a workshop at The Barossa Cellar on Wednesday, 29 January 2025. This workshop will explore cost-benefit analysis and regionalised returns on investment for various vineyard management options, including “business-as-usual,” grafting to new varieties, reworking, and pulling out blocks.
