A new ALDI supermarket is coming to 5-7 Tod Street, Gawler, with construction set to begin in early February 2025. The project involves the demolition of two existing retail buildings and the construction of a supermarket with a rooftop solar array, signage, car parking, and landscaping. The project, designed by Nielsen Architects, is estimated to cost around $5 million.
Key Details:
- Temporary fencing will be installed to ensure safety during construction.
- Pedestrian access between Tod Street and Jacob Lane will be temporarily diverted via Murray Street. Signage will be in place to guide pedestrians.
