Andrew is renowned for his transformative leadership at Anlaby Station, where he and his partner, Peter Hayward, revitalised the heritage property into a sustainable business, enhancing its role in the local economy as a centre for tourism, markets with local stallholders, and cultural events. Their innovation and change adaption credentials extend to on-farm product diversification, climate change initiatives and value-adding to their primary production business.
