Construction is now underway on the $23.18 million restoration of Kapunda High School after the 2022 fire. The project will restore the heritage-listed Eringa building in line with Heritage SA requirements, incorporating accessibility features and expanded staff facilities. A classroom destroyed in the fire will also be replaced.
The project is being led by Grieve Gillett Architects and Badge Construction. Updates, including design concept graphics, will be shared in the school’s newsletter. For more information, visit the Department of Education website.
