Light Regional Council is offering a carparking incentive to support business and property development in Kapunda Town Centre.
Typically, when developments cannot meet on-site carparking requirements, a contribution to the carparking fund is required. To support economic growth, Light Regional Council will, upon application, cover this contribution on behalf of eligible businesses, property owners, and developers.
This initiative is designed to remove barriers to investment and encourage development in the Kapunda Town Centre.
