The Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communications and the Arts is offering grants between $20,000 and $200,000 through the Indigenous Languages and Arts (ILA) program. These grants support projects that conserve and revitalise Indigenous languages, including teaching and recording activities, and celebrate cultural expressions such as music, dance, theatre, and crafts.
Eligible community-led organisations can apply to fund activities that strengthen Indigenous cultural identity and support the preservation of languages and traditions.
