Gain confidence & learn kitchen skills that you can take anywhere. A great opportunity for newcomers or those looking or a change of career.
The course is facilitated by the Adelaide Institute of Hospitality. Successful participants may be invited to a commercial cookery apprenticeship held at Chateau Tanunda from Oct 30 – Nov 2 afterwards.
Course Itinerary
After meeting at the Rotunda, 92 Murray Street, Tanunda, you will be taken to the following locations by bus.

Eligibility
- You must reside or work in South Australia
- You must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen; or
be a permanent Australian resident; or
hold a State-sponsored visa on a pathway to permanent residency; or
hold a humanitarian temporary visa of a class specified by the Minister from time to time; and be aged 16 years or over, and not enrolled in school. - All participants must have closed-in shoes, hair tied back and neat casual clothes. Remember you are presenting to employers.
