The Barossa Wellbeing Project, initiated by the Barossa Council in collaboration with Preventive Health SA, is dedicated to improving the overall wellbeing of our community. This project seeks to understand the successes and challenges individuals face in maintaining physical and mental health, as well as social connections.
Over the next six weeks, the Barossa Council will be conducting a comprehensive survey to gather valuable insights from community members, organisations, service providers, and community networks. Your feedback is crucial in shaping an evidence-based Wellbeing Plan that addresses current and future needs, opportunities, and priorities.
To participate, community members can access printed surveys available in local churches, businesses, schools, and sporting clubs. Organisations and community groups can request printed surveys by contacting the Community Development Team at community@barossa.sa.gov.au. The survey is open until 9 August, and all voices are encouraged to contribute.
