The session will cover event details, vendor opportunities, the Expression of Interest (EOI) process, and important logistics like road closures and parking.

Vendors can apply to be part of two events:
- Barossa Food & Wine Village – Murray Street, Tanunda
Saturday, 12 April, 3 pm – 9 pm
A walkable food and wine precinct with a street party atmosphere. Local restaurants, cafes, and bars will extend into the street, with themed zones, a footy activation area, live entertainment, and family-friendly activities. - Picnic in the Park – Tanunda Recreation Park
Sunday, 13 April, 11 am – 4 pm
A relaxed, family-friendly event featuring live footy action streamed from Barossa Park, live music, and premium food and drink from Barossa producers, makers, and artisans.
