Drakes Supermarkets is bringing one of its largest stores to Two Wells as the anchor tenant for a $150 million town centre development. Spanning 3500 square meters, the flagship store will offer specialty features like The Little Kitchen and Nonna’s Pasta, and is expected to create up to 200 jobs.
This new town centre, developed by Leyton Property in partnership with Adelaide Plains Council, will transform an 8-hectare site into a vibrant hub, including retail, healthcare, and community spaces. With Two Wells experiencing nearly 30% population growth over the past five years, this development will address the increasing demand for services in the area.
Construction is set to begin in 2025, with completion expected by 2026.
