Barossa winery launches Australia’s first Riesling Seltzer

Gibson Wines, based in Light Pass in the Barossa Valley, has launched what is believed to be Australia’s first Riesling Seltzer. This limited release blends Eden Valley Riesling with sparkling water sourced from Mount Lofty’s natural spring.
