By making the courageous decision to purchase 10 Buna Terrace, we unlocked a previously inaccessible 300 sqm block. This development supports housing solutions and connects older people in our community to nearby schools, recreation spaces, and shops. We're thrilled to see our vision come to life, but even more excited for the residents who will live in these personalised homes as they watch them being built!
Will see the removal of the last remaing mature trees. I grew up adjacent the so-called development of this precinct. Our day was filled with birdsong and we played in the shade of old trees. Now the neighbours gutters almost touch and shade comes from colorbond pergolas.
