David Bailey joined the Regional Development Australia Barossa Gawler Light Adelaide Plains board in March 2024. His experience is underpinned by diverse urban planning roles, notably as Adelaide Plains Council’s Manager of Growth and Investment and Strategic Projects Officer. His tenure in strategic and policy planning at the Cities of Adelaide and Charles Sturt, alongside assessment roles, a consulting practice, and tertiary lecturing, equips him with a broad perspective on liveable and sustainable development and community engagement.
