Come along to understand what mentorships look like, particularly through study, why they are important and how to connect with one.

Mentoring is a positive, supportive relationship, encouraging people to develop to their fullest potential.

Sounds great, doesn’t it? But what is mentorship exactly, and how can it improve your study?

In this 45 minute session, all these questions will be answering including how you find a mentor.

This presentation can be attended at Barossa Campus or viewed via zoom, please indicate by the appropriate ticket registration.

Whilst you at Barossa Campus, take the opportunity to explore the open day and how it may assist you in your study journey.

The open day is from 9am – 3pm.

During the day there will be presentations targeting key topics that will benefit university and higher education students. We will also have displays and information from some of our local business that can help set up for continued success.

Barossa Campus is a dedicated student regional learning centre that welcomes students from all universities and offers great spaces to study, connect with other students, find out about internships, scholarships, local jobs, mentoring and other opportunities.

It has fantastic internet speeds, good coffee, easy parking, anytime access (for registered users) connected with industry and is convenient located at Beckwith Park in Nuriootpa.

There is no cost to students to use this centre and its resources as it is run by Regional Development Australia Barossa Gawler Light Adelaide Plains with financial support of the Australian Government.
