In this seminar, Trevor will share some great business strategies on how brick & mortar businesses can compete, grow and survive in todays ever changing business world.
Trevor holds an MBA degree (Distinction) in Strategic Management and is a Certified Practicing Marketer of Australia and a Charter Marketer of E.U. In his career he launched 3 major loyalty membership clubs, locally and internationally. This resulted in him writing a book “Attaining Ultimate Results from your Loyalty Club”, CLICK HERE , to share his CRM knowledge and the importance of retaining your customers.
Trevor has tutored and mentored at RDA Yorke & Midnorth Entrepreneur Program, TafeSA, Damelin Business School, NEIS Program (New Enterprise Incentive Scheme) and been a guest lecturer at University, Rotary and Faith Lutheran College. He shares theoretical and practical knowledge in his tutoring. He is an Assessor and has completed the Train the Trainer course. He currently manages the RDA BGLAP B2B Program, together with 40 B2B Providers, supporting 5500 businesses in our regional area. The B2B group run a number of business workshops and networking events in the regional area.
