Learn about Connecting with Business Program and why it has become such a successful part of the business and industry engagement strategy run by the Office of the Industry Advocate. The role of the Industry Advocate’s is to make it easier for local businesses to tender for government contracts . The role of the Office is to work with business and industry associations to increase the number of companies that meet government tender requirements.
One aspect being that the Industry Advocate Act 2017 requires the Industry Advocate to take action to further the objectives of the Industry Participation Policy and build the capability and capacity of businesses based in South Australia to participate in government contracts.
