Tony Clark

Tony has had over thirty years experience in operational management, beginning as a management cadet with the Advertiser Group and progressing through various national and international roles around food, food packaging and marketing.

He has held a number of senior roles developing family food corporates and is currently working with a small group of companies. Tony is a Certified Practising Manager, an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and a Company Director. He is a former Chair of the State Horticulture Development Board and Premiers Food Council
