Casey manages RDA BGLAP’s Regional Leadership Development Program, leading initiatives that develop, connect and empower current and emerging leaders across the Barossa, Gawler, Light and Adelaide Plains region.

With experience across the wine industry, community engagement and volunteer leadership, Casey brings a collaborative, people-focused approach to leadership development. Her work supports participants, alumni, facilitators and community partners to build leadership capability, strengthen local networks and contribute to more resilient, connected regional communities.
