Program & Program Coordination

Within the programs, participants were immersed in a stimulating and life-changing environment. Course content covered major themes including:

  • Learning Foundations
  • Leading People
  • Understanding and Analysing Financial Information
  • Thinking Strategically
  • Leading Sales & Marketing
  • Goal Setting and Personal Effectiveness

A major component and outcome of the weeks was the development of a strategic project presented to sponsors and stakeholders approximately six weeks after the residential program. Each year, four groups were formed, each with a unique issue that was researched and presented.
