2017 BFL Program

Barossa Future leadersThe Barossa Future Leaders Program has already engaged 48 strong, community-minded, workaholics in the community and it's back for its 4th iteration!

The program provides the participants the opportunity to engage and learn from some of the Barossa's leaders in both business and community.  It draws together ‘community topics’ to make participants think about how they will lead their community, including covering current issues and future opportunities that will challenge and strengthen the Barossa community.

The program is a full week residential school from September 3rd to 8th 2017, limited to 16 participants (open to applicants aged 18+) and will be held on site at the Novotel Barossa Valley Resort.

The 2017 program will include rigorous academic content delivered by industry and academic specialists led by a course facilitator each day, group activities, and insightful off site dinners at iconic Barossa venues hosted by regional leaders.

Participation in the 2017 program is $900+GST which includes:

  • Delivery and assessment of academic content
  • Personal & professional development activities
  • Group activities
  • Course materials
  • Accommodation at the Novotel Barossa Valley Resort
  • All meals

A major component and outcome of the week will be the development of a strategic project presented to sponsors and stakeholders approximately six weeks after the residential program. Four groups will be formed, each with a unique community issue to be researched and presented.
