The Department of Manufacturing, Trade, Innovation, Resources and Energy (DMITRE) Minerals site provides South Australian geoscientific and mining information, however this site has so much versitility for potential investors, business owners and residents to learn more about the region.

Nature Maps

The Department of Environment and Natural Resources' interactive online mapping site supporting South Australia's natural resource management. Use NatureMaps to navigate to an area of interest and display a range of GIS datasets including; Protected Areas, Planning and management - Heritage, Fire - Vegetation, NatureLinks corridors - Landscapes, Flora and fauna and, Topography and imagery.

The overall vision of the Atlas of South Australia is to provide access to information about South Australia through the exploration of maps and geographic features for purposes ranging from taking the user on a journey across our landscape to identifying business and development opportunities by locating services, facilities and community needs.

Department of Primary Industries and Regions, South Australia (PIRSA) Water Intensive Development

This website aims to provide an understanding of the steps involved in the development process, as well as the information required by developers and project proponents in order to gain approval. 

This website contains regionally specific information for each of the State Government Regions. Under each of the regional headings there is information that will assist in site selection and development approval along with regionally specific contact details.
