RDA Barossa have put together a Sales and Chinese Cultural training workshop, with two different sessions in this one day workshop. We are starting the new financial year with a great workshop that can assist you, in reaching some of those new sale targets.

Who should attend? Anyone involved in the sales business from Cellar Door Staff to retail, hospitality, real-estate, tourism, agriculture or any business sector dealing with sales direct to customers.

Morning Session 9.00am to 12.00pm: Sales and Behavioural Training: In the morning session, we will cover the sale processes from Opening a Sale to recognising when to close a sale and an Introduction into Branding. We will also cover the various customer behavioural styles you come up against and how best to sell to the various customer profiles. Come improve or refresh your sales methods, so that you can attain those new sale targets.

Afternoon Session 12.30pm to 3.30pm: Chinese Cultural Training: We know that China is one Australia’s largest export destinations and the Chinese Tourists contribute millions of dollars towards our Tourism Industry. Leonie an Australian China-educated strategist, will assist you in better understanding this customer target market and what the rules are to drive business success in this massive and complex consumer market. We need to understand the Chinese Culture, if we wish to meet their needs.
